Purchases & Subscriptions
My purchase isn't working / "not ready for purchase"

Try these steps in order:

  1. Go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases — this re-links any existing subscription.
  2. Make sure you're signed into the correct Apple ID / Google account that holds the subscription.
  3. Check your internet connection — purchases require an active connection to verify with the App Store.
  4. Force-quit the app and reopen it, then try again.
  5. If still not working, email us at hello@sirahquest.com with your order number.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) used when you originally purchased.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Sirah Quest → Cancel.

Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sirah Quest → Cancel.

Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period — you keep access until then.

Refunds
How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple and Google, not by us directly:

iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com → select the charge → Request a refund.

Android: Open the Google Play app → Profile → Order history → select the order → Request a refund.

If you have trouble, email us and we'll assist where we can.

App Issues
The app crashes or won't open
  1. Force-quit the app and reopen it.
  2. Check for an update in the App Store / Google Play.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app (your subscription will be restored via Restore Purchases).
  5. If it still crashes, email us at hello@sirahquest.com with your device model and iOS/Android version.
My progress was lost

Progress is stored locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, progress cannot be automatically restored in this version.

Cloud sync is on our roadmap for a future update. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Arabic text is not displaying correctly

Make sure the app language is set to Arabic: go to Profile → Settings → Language → العربية.

If text still appears misaligned on Android, try updating to the latest version of the app. We improved RTL support in version 1.0.11.

Privacy & Data
How do I delete my data?

Your name and progress are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

For subscription-related data held by RevenueCat, email us at hello@sirahquest.com with your request and we'll process it within 30 days.
